Meet Gassan Mogabgab

Gassan brings a unique perspective and global experience to the real estate market in Cleveland.  After living and working in Dubai for over 16 years with sophisticated brands and clientele, Gassan knows luxury - especially when it comes to curating a bespoke elevated experience for clients from concept to execution.

Gassan’s professional journey spans leadership roles in sales and operations, as Sales Director for the Italian Castelli brand and as Operations Director for a major manufacturer in Dubai.  These positions honed his negotiation, project management and marketing skills, which he now applies to real estate.  

Gassan also leverages his experience as a General Contractor to help clients assess the homes they visit.  With an eye for detail and an appreciation for custom design concepts, his comprehensive approach to evaluating homes provides an added layer of support, assurance and vision for buyers and investors alike. 

Now living in Brecksville, Gassan draws on his strong local ties and family connections in the real estate industry.  Building lasting relationships and witnessing the joy of clients as they find their dream homes or successfully close a sale is truly gratifying for Gassan.

Outside of work, Gassan enjoys staying active through tennis, soccer, and spending quality time with his wife and their poodle, Hugo. He’s also an avid Cleveland sports fan and a Cavs Foundation Member.
