Born and raised in Columbus, David is a graduate of Northwestern University. To date, he has worked with some of the biggest names and leaders in the technology, entertainment, medical and financial industries, closing property deals priced well into the eight figures. David expertly analyzes market data and is passionate about guiding his clients through decisions to help them build a strong, diverse real estate portfolio.

After working for nearly 10 years at the top of his field selling luxury properties in Manhattan, David returned to Ohio at the end of 2020 and quickly established himself as one of the top agents in all of Cleveland, having sold three of the area’s top 10 most expensive properties within his first year.

 

“I love real estate and especially the properties here in Northeast Ohio. Each one is unique and I love the challenge of assessing its strengths and creating a marketing plan to get my clients the absolute highest price,” says David. “I especially love taking a challenging property that another agent couldn't sell, then reimagining and rebranding it to achieve my clients’ goals.”

 

Prior to launching his real estate career, David was a Broadway actor and starred in multiple shows. Armed with his entertainment and educational background, David continually employs the most innovative and creative digital strategies to impactfully market his properties on an international level. A natural people person and entrepreneur, Nick got his start selling cars just after high school and later started his own promotional product company. Raised in Solon, Ohio, Nick attended Solon High School and Community College where he studied marketing and finance.

 

“I’ve built solid relationships with local vendors in every specialty, and love being able to connect my clients with the best contractors, lenders and more,” says Nick.

 

As a resident of the Cleveland area for over 30 years, Nick possesses a unique, in-depth awareness of the region and is actively involved in the community through volunteer work.

 

When he isn’t helping clients, Nick enjoys traveling and spending time with his family—often serving as coach for his sons’ football teams and daughter's soccer team. Nick is also the Treasurer of the Aurora Youth Football Association.
