700 Lake will be a sought-after community. There is limited land available to create a luxury, contemporary designed community on the shoreline of Lake Erie, especially in a community like Rocky River.
John is enjoying working on this project with his father and brother. 700 Lake is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make lakefront living available in Rocky River for others to enjoy as John did growing up two miles away.
Working with the Award Winning Team at Brickhaus on the development of 700 Lake factored into John’s decision to move back to Cleveland after seven years of living in Australia. “I have always been drawn to the outdoors and the lifestyle that accompanies it.” The 700 Lake site, combined with the architecture and the interior design, is inspirational.
